The discussion focused on establishing strategic guidelines to develop and promote the esports industry. This collaboration aims to launch a personnel incubation program and transfer advanced coaching technologies and specialized knowledge from FN ESPORTS to Thai professionals. This initiative is regarded as a significant turning point in elevating the standards of tournament management and esports club administration in Thailand to match international benchmarks.
