Faculty members from the Sports Management Innovation program at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University (SSRU), led by Dr. Ekarat Chaihotchuang and Lecturer Boonyada Pahasing, visited and provided moral support to their student, Mr. Worawit Wanwon, who is currently pursuing his professional football career with Assumption United Football Club. The visit took place at the Assumption College Thonburi training ground.

The primary objective of this visit was to monitor the student’s well-being, training progress, and adaptation to a professional environment. This initiative aligns with the program’s core mission of empowering students to integrate sports management knowledge with high-level athletic development.

Lecturer Boonyada Pahasing stated: "The department is immensely proud to see a student like Worawit ascend to the professional level with a high-standard club like Assumption United. This visit is not only to encourage him but also to strengthen the bond between our educational institution and professional sports clubs. We aim to find sustainable ways to support our student-athletes in succeeding both on the field and in their academic pursuits."

Worawit Wanwon is considered a rising star to watch and a role model for his peers in the department. His dedication and discipline have enabled him to secure a professional contract while still completing his studies.
