Dr. Ekarat Chaichotchuang, Lecturer in Sports Management Innovation at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University (SSRU), attended the seminar "Turning Field Victories into New Revenue Models with Intellectual Property" at Siam Paragon. The event was presided over by Ms. Suphajee Suthumpun, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Commerce, alongside top executives from the Sports Authority of Thailand (SAT) and the Department of Intellectual Property.
The seminar focused on leveraging Intellectual Property (IP) as a strategic tool to drive economic value within the sports industry. A key highlight featured Thai volleyball legends Pleumjit Thinkaow and Wilavan Apinyapong, who shared insights on transforming "fame" and "personal identity" into professional brands in the digital era.
